Return Policy

EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds only exchanges or store credit.
Pre-order items may be exchanged only after your item has been shipped and received by you. You may not receive an exchange on a pre-order item before your item arrives to you. Item can only be exchanged within 10 business days of receiving it and item must be in new condition.
For exchanges please email us at cs@nicolettenichelle.com with order number and reason for exchange. Response time is 1-3 business days. Notice of exchanges must be done within 7 business days of customer receiving merchandise. Please note customer is responsible for return shipping cost and only allowed one exchange per order.

Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once your return is processed. Please note that we reserve the right to reject orders or suspend your account due to suspicious activity or exchanges Nicolette Nichelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS or courier chosen in regards to lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES
